This glass spice jar comes with .25 oz of our Culinary Lavender Bud, packaged with a tasteful screw cap grinder.* The cap can be easily unscrewed to measure out larger amounts or refill the jar.

Long relegated to only “Herbs de Provence” mixes, culinary lavender is now making a comeback in kitchens. Use in savory dishes wherever you might use rosemary, thyme, sage, fennel and oregano. It pairs well with chocolate, citrus and vanilla in sweet dishes, and can also be used to infuse olive oil, simple syrup or vodka.
